Privacy

Krillion Companion is an independent, unofficial tool. This page describes what it stores in your browser and how the optional ad feature behaves. It does not claim that any operator, certification, or approval exists.

Data stored in your browser

Snapshots you import, your clue and hint progress, the current selection, and your ad-consent choice are kept only in your own browser (localStorage). This tool has no account and no cloud sync; the clear button removes what it saved.

Official read-only source

Loading today's official answers sends a request through this site's own read-only endpoint to krillion.io. The result is held in memory only: it is never cached, never written to browser storage, and never bulk-exported. Live fetching is disabled unless the operator explicitly enables it.

Ads

Ads are off by default. If the operator enables and reviews them, Google AdSense may set cookies and collect data to serve and measure ads. The ad feature is strictly gated: nothing loads without configuration, consent, and review.

Consent

This site's built-in consent control is a minimal, self-hosted gate, not a Google-certified CMP and not a TCF signal. In the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland, personalized ads require an appropriate Google-certified CMP; integrate one before enabling real ads there.

Your choices

You can decline ads (nothing loads), reopen ad preferences at any time and withdraw (rendered ad units are removed and new requests stop; requests already sent cannot be undone), or clear local data to remove everything this tool stored.
